ADA places live in nannies and nanny/housekeepers nationally, and live outs in Southern Chester County, PA and New Castle County, DE. Nannies are available for FT, PT, occasional sitting, sick child back up care and overnight care for newborns, so mom can rest! We perform one of the most extensive background screenings in the industry. Applicants are interviewed, reference checked and verified. We encourage our families to speak directly with a few of the other families who have employed our applicant. Our applicants undergo a criminal background screening, sex abuse registry check, driving record review, social security verification, ten-panel drug screening at Quest Diagnostics, and a medical evaluation by her physician. Very few agencies perform such a rigorous screening.
